Unlock iPhone with Apple Watch is grayed out

I installed IOS 14.5 and I have wrist detection enabled in the Watch app, but still the switch to enable iPhone unlock with Apple Watch, is grayed out.

Did you also installed watchOS 7.4 on your Watch?

Tell us also which iPhone model and Watch Series you have.

Thank you. It was my mistake. I upgraded the phone, but not the watch. Once upgraded, it worked fine.
