MacBook Pro M1 OWC Thunderbolt 4 Dock and slow performance with SandDisk Extreme Pro Drives

I just purchased another SandDisk Extreme Pro 2 TB Drive so now I have 2. I have been testing with Blackmagic and performance is just over 500 MB/s read and write. I have tried both drives with shorter and longer cables that came with the drive. I am pretty sure I tested the first drive and got over 2000 MB/s. I am now running the latest version of Big Sur as of 04.27.2021 and not help. I thought the OWC TB 4 dock was the solution.
