The Network and Wireless setting in system services is constantly using my location and I was wondering what would happen if I turned it off. I'm not sure the compromises are for disabling this feature but I would want to know because it's wasting some battery life.

There isn't any documentation for System Services settings, but when we turned it off on our devices, we got a message that it may affect Bluetooth and Wi-Fi performance. Depending on the model of iPhone you use, you may see a slightly different warning. You could turn it see what message you’ll receive.
