little lock on the app

i have kaspersky internet security on my mac all along it was working fine recently i just updated it and a little lock appeared on the app and i can't remove it on the permissions its showing admin which is me i can only read and not write only the system can read and write. I can not uncheck the lock part

Any way to block Safe Mode on an Macbook w/ an M1 chip? Please help! My teen soon is highly addicted to porn. After tons of research, I have set up very strong DNS filtering and powerful website and app blockers on his computer. These launch on login and are are unable to be killed because Activity Monitor and other workarounds are blocked. I have admin rights, he is a standard user. However, he's figured out how to start the Mac in Safe Mode, which doesn't launch the website and app blockers on startup and thus are rendered useless. Is there a way to disable or block Safe Mode from being used? My son has a Macbook Air with an M1 chip. And yes, we're working on other methods to get him to stop. He has no phone, for example. Many thanks in advance!

There were errors during the deletion process. Errors: /Applications/McAfee Endpoint Security for Mac.app: “McAfee Endpoint Security for Mac” couldn’t be removed because you don’t have permission to access it. So, I want to delete my McAfee antivirus from my macbook pro. I get the message "couldn’t be removed because you don’t have permission to access it". So I went into the app-get info-sharing and permissions, and changed all to read and write. But nonetheless I can't erase the app. I'm desperated, pls help.
