Has anyone updated to software version 14.5? It has destroyed my battery life. It went from 100% to 35% in 30 minutes with no use at all. Any advice for me. I wish I hadn’t updated the software, my phone is now useless.

Did you already force restart the phone? You will not lose data.
What's the Maximum Capacity % here?...
Settings > Battery > Battery Health

Those 84% indicate the remaining capacity of your battery. If below or near 80% your battery might have to be replaced.
Depending on your use and the age of your phone, you will notice a decrease of your usage time per day after approx. two years.
Your battery is on its last legs... It will need to be replaced soon. Rechargeable batteries don't last forever.

I did this last night and this morning is when I had the issue with the battery
Noooo. But the battery was great before I updated the software. Seems that the update has wrecked the battery life
