ipad pro not charging until restarts
When I plug my 12.9” iPad Pro into the 12W charger that came with it, it now "Not Charging". It's the same with the 10W charger that came with my iPhone 6+. (It's also the same when I plug it into my car charger.)I generally charge the iPad overnight and it does not charge , unless I restart the iPad , but this can't be the expected behavior, surely.
It only started doing this with in the past year ,after one of the iOS updates...
I don't know when, exactly, this started but it certainly showed charging (lightning bolt) and the charge percentage for some months after I bought it. It may have broken with the most recent iOS update.
My iPod , and iPhone are having similar issues, since one of the iOS updates.
The iPod has to be turned off ,as it gets warm to the touch when plugged in , even when in sleep mode.
‘After the iPod touch 6 generation is restarted , it charges fine , no warmth issue.
Does anybody have any idea what might have gone wrong here?
It seems to be an iOS version , issue ...
‘Can I go back to my original iOS version ,to check this out ???
Having to restart my iPad, and iPod,and iPhone, just to have them charge properly is frustrating to say the least....
