Empty box twice in a row

Am I Supposed to get a empty box when I ordered a iPhone 11. When I told them they said they will replace it but they sent me another empty box so contact them and they said they are investigating right now.

Apple typically uses FedEx for delivery service in the U.S. Were the boxes delivered still properly sealed inside a shipping container? Based on your post, it appears that the product was either not included at the Apple facility or was removed somewhere along the delivery path to you. This would be highly unusual, especially twice in a row. Again, this is something that you will need to work out with Apple/FedEx(?).

No, you shouldn't receive an empty box. Did you purchase this iPhone directly from Apple's on-line store? Are you in the U.S. or another country? If another country, did you use the Apple on-line store specific to that country? Are you using a freight forwarder? Are these phones being delivered directly to your home address or to another location?

Regardless, of all of these questions, we are just fellow Apple-product users. As such, there is nothing we can do to assist you with this and you will need to work with Apple/Shipping company for final resolution.
