Can’t turn on “unlock with Apple Watch

I updated to new iOS 14.5 but I’m unable to turn on “unlock with Apple Watch”. It shows in settings that a software update is needed and I can’t toggle it on. How can I use this feature?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Remember you need to upgrade BOTH the iPhone to 14.5 and the Apple Watch to 7.4

Thanks Bob. That was it. For some reason the watch update was paused and I didn’t realize it. Thanks!
