Very important App wont work since 14.5 update

So I updated my iphone to 14.5 and now the password app I've used for 8 years is no longer compatible and I lost EVERYTHING! Does anyone know how to fix this? Can I revert to an older update version? This has been a total mess...

You need to ask the app developer why they didn’t test it on the developer beta program.

I would love to but when I try to email them my emails get kicked back.... so frustrating..
