rent movies not playing in apple tv
When I rent a movie, it won't play in apple tv. Streaming is fine, other apps is fine, but rental movies won't play.

I had an apple call that was helpful. We reset the apple tv and it seemed to resolve the issue.
ps it would look like it was playing, with a black screen with a timeline on the bottom of the screen, but it wouldn't play, or let me fast forward or rewind. Resetting the apple tv resolved the issue.
