My airpods won’t connect to my phone

I’ve only had my new airpods for about a month and they weren’t connecting to my phone so I disconnected them from my Bluetooth and now when i try to reconnect them they don’t show up at all the light also isn’t flashing white it’s just glowing white no flash.
