Why were you unable to verify my identity when I submitted my SSN? Surely this should be enough. If it was not enough why do you not ask for more information instead of saying you are unable to verify my identity?!!!!!

You need to provide Goldman Sachs with enough information to verify your ID and prove you are a physically in the USA with a physical address that is not a PO Box.
I gave my physical address and the only other information they requested was my full SSN which I gave. if they needed more why didn't they ask or give me the opportunity to provide more?
