That is just where I want to be, but it seems to be frozen I can find all the apps stacked up but if I touch one nothing happens; how to repair this is one question. And the next question is what do you call this process?

Shutting down and restarted fixed my problem, thank you very much. But could you tell me please what I would call this if I had to describe it to one of my grandchildren.
