I've used the iPassword app since 2014 but it no longer works with the latest iPhone update (iOS 14.5). All of my passwords are saved in there so I'm hoping there's a way to recover my files. I believe the app was backed up to my iCloud but I never did a separate backup other than that. Any information you can provide would be appreciated.

And you have no other backup? iCloud may not work if the app will no longer open.
You may want to consider keeping a hard copy somewhere safe in the future.
For now, for any site that still recognizes your password, go into whatever settings it may have and try to find your password. Write it down.
Had similar situation with another app and transferred back to an old phone that was not updated and was able to retrieve data. Am having same issue on new phone with ipassword now. Luckily have not updated old phone but will have to resort to pen and paper to save my passwords. I have my ipassword backup file, but no application that can read it. Anyone know of an app to read it for an all in one download?

iPassword is no longer in the app store. Either the developer has withdrawn it, or, more likely, has gone out of business.
If it was that easy to read it, the app would not be safe to use.
You should always have a word processing file/list filed away somewhere safe - at least two copies in different places.
