My iphone X (i think) has a white screen with the following message 'Data recovery cannot be completed, please restore your iphone from backups.
My phone will not even turn off. It has frozen. Even when I try to restore from back up nothing happens. I have taken SIM out to see if I can turn off but still nothing.

Thanks still can't access the restore screen just keeps going back to 'Data recovery cannot be completed. Please restore your iPhone from backup'. I cannot get to the restore from back up screen.
