My iPhone 11 keeps putting calls on hold when I get any notification through. Its very frustrating and I have no idea why this has started happening. Is not a new update because I have just updated my phone to the latest IOS and its still happening. Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, please can you suggest a fix? I may have to completely reset my phone, or turn all notifications off?

Are you checking the notification or app when this happens?
Is this with every notification from multiple apps whether it is from Messages or an app like Facebook or Instagram?
What happens when the call is put on hold? Typically to put a call on hold, you would " Touch and hold the mute button" as described here: While on a call on iPhone. Does the mute button appear activated when this happens?
