Recover iPhone data without signing in

I given my iphone 7 plus to local mobike service shop for servicing after factory reseting. Can they recover my datas without sign in apple id.? Any one please help

Your data is gone.

Resetting the iPhone thoroughly erases the keys used to encrypt the data on your iPhone. Even if the data on your phone is somehow salvaged, the keys are gone forever and the data is encrypted and unreadable.

No. When you restore your device, all data is permanently deleted. Unless you have a backup that you can restore, there is nothing you can do about your lost data.

Rest assured, nothing can be recovered, if you have given it to Apple Service Center.
