Unknown using my mic

So I looked in Control Centrer today, and it said “unknown” is using my mic. This previously said “Teams.” How can I fix this?

If the red or orange ball (the "hot mike" color depends on your chosen background color) isn't showing in the iPad menu bar, then Control Panel shows the last user, if it knows it. If there's no red or orange ball showing in the iPad menu bar, then the microphone isn't "hot"; isn't in use.
