Spam subscription calendar

Hi,

I accidentally got a spam subscribed calendar on my iPhone which had all sorts of fake ransom ware messages. I didn’t respond to them or click on any links and have managed to remove the spam calendar from my iPhone and all fake invites disappeared.

Is this the only action I need to take in this instance? I assume that this subscription calendar has no access at all to other data or apps on the phone?

I didn’t know whether I should factory reset?

No, you do not need to reset the device. The spam calendar had no other access to your phone and, after deletion, requires no further attention.

I am not official, but I can tell you that you will get a similar response from them if you ask. I have never used this service before so is this the official answer from Apple?
