Spam subscription calendar

Hi,

I accidentally got a spam subscribed calendar on my iPhone which had all sorts of fake ransom ware messages. I didn’t respond to them or click on any links and have managed to remove the spam calendar from my iPhone and all fake invites disappeared.

Is this the only action I need to take in this instance? I assume that this subscription calendar has no access at all to other data or apps on the phone?

I didn’t know whether I should factory reset?

This is a user-to-user technical support site operated by Apple. If your IT people want something official give them this link that is from Apple -> Delete spam calendars and events on iPhone - Apple Support

I am not official, but I can tell you that you will get a similar response from them if you ask.
