i am currently on a pc laptop computer using the itunes app to update my frozen iPhone 6 plus, I have a white screen on my phone with a line trying to update but stopped halfway. A popup said could not be updated an unknown error occurred (14)???

Follow all steps here If you see error 14 when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Have you tried to update with full or near full memory/storage?
My iPhone 6 plus had frozen and before I restore it using a pc computer I'm trying to update it first. when I try to update it is coming up error (14)
