Not able to connect to wifi.

I have followed the network settings reset and still I cannot connect to any Wi-Fi networks. How do I remedy this situation?

iPhone 7, iOS 14

If that doesn't help, then I suggest making a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and providing you with your options.
