New iwatch will not set up cellular

I purchased a new iwatch. I set it up on my iPhone but when I try to get the cellular connected it gives me an error. (Eds0210)

I have added the $5 monthly charge by Vodaphone linked to my Iwatch to make use of the Cellular feature however cannot get this to work. My phone and watch only work together when within range. My apple se watch is having issues connecting to my cellular plan plz help I just got the iPhone 13 through xfinity mobile recently and i decided to get a watch just to have and when I got my watch and activated it it says it is paired with my phone and activated but my cellular is not showing that it’s working and I keep getting error messages telling me to set it up if anyone has any clue it would be much appreciated

My Apple Series 7 watch won't connect to cellular. My Apple Series 7 watch was working with cellular just fine. Cellular may have stopped working well when I updated my watch. Any suggestions as to how to solve this issue?
