I just got the iPhone 13 through xfinity mobile recently and i decided to get a watch just to have and when I got my watch and activated it it says it is paired with my phone and activated but my cellular is not showing that it’s working and I keep getting error messages telling me to set it up if anyone has any clue it would be much appreciated
Unfortunately I have done all those steps and have talked to customer service and tried to fix it that way and no luck
Is this a 2nd hand watch?
Is it a cellular version of the watch?.
No it’s brand new through xfinity mobile just got it yesterday and yes it is the cellular version
I can only suggest that you get xfinity to walk you through the setup process.
Yeah I have done that already and they don’t have the best techs seems like they kno just as much as me about them but thanx for the advice I appreciate it and will give it another try
