I had my Apple Watch 3 in the rain for about 10 minutes today and it showed the thermometer symbol and will not turn on. I have tried all the troubleshooting ideas shown. I cannot get any other screen to show up to even reset it. It was never exposed to high or low heat at any point

Since you claim it as today I would say to leave it overnight and see if that works and if not call Apple and they can help you with some troubleshooting steps their number is: 1 (800) 263-3394
