I have a problem with iCloud storage plan

Hello, i have problem with icloud storage plan, i had 0,99$ per month with 50 gigabyte, but i changed my card for write-off of fund. I changed my card in customization payment method, but write-off of fund keep come on my old card, so I changed storage plan too to 2,99 $/200 gb and paid, but it doesn’t help. I still having messages from iTunes on email about write-off of fund and notifications on my old card. My old card ends 1879, and new one - 4437. Please help me

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store
