Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
What happened to all my contacts? I had hundreds! Where did they go? They have disappeared from my desktop. Totally. And when I start an email address with known names, they don't pop up. What the heck happened?

Are these contacts are associated to your iCloud account?
Make sure that you are logged in to iCloud.
Similarly, if the accounts are associated with other online services, like google.

I hate iCloud! But that's where the contacts were. I wish I could disable iCloud!!!!!
