Why am I able to see my sisters passwords on keychain?
We both have different iclouds and different apple id’s. I just got the iPhone se and I just noticed that her passwords have been loaded to mine.

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today with iCloud Keychain. As we understand, you are seeing your sister's passwords instead of yours.
It is difficult to speculate how that could be happening if you are using different Apple IDs. Do you ever share other devices?
Have you tried turning iCloud Keychain off and back on? Set up iCloud Keychain.
