magsafe iphone12 charge problem

My iPhone 12 doesn't charge from MagSafe

*MagSafe replaced since we think it is a problem

*Other wireless charger works normally

*MagSafe animation appears also charging icon too it but doesn't charge

*MagSafe can charge other wireless charging supported devices

*I'm using the original MagSafe case(animation appears) it doesn't matter it's on or not iPhone 12 doesn't charge

*Optimized battery charging on/of doesn't work

*I reset all contents and settings it didn't help

*Phone is updated via settings than with mac on recovery mod

*Power supplier work properly with other devices but I tried another on and it doesn't work on mac book pro, type-c port too

*Mag safe works only when following steps applied

1. Plug MagSafe
2. Press volume up then down then side button until Apple logo appears it will charge until %100 but issue continue after I unplug MagSafe and put it on as before animation appears charging icon in battery icon stays but it doesn't charge phone battery drain like normally do(i tried several times I waited for min - hour- until %100 charges)

I called apple support they didn't know what is the problem My phone is brand new about 9 days at this point and since I didn't buy it via the apple store they didn't offer me a replacement

IT IS JUST THE WORST PHONE PURCHASE I EVER MADE (it just doesn't work)

Please help me
