I have had it since January. Camera has huge delay taking pictures.
Music app fails to play song. I press play button and it’s unpredictable what will happen.
Customer support suggested closing all open Apps - I did. I also restart several times.
Airpods show as connected but don’t play audio. I had tried the reset tricks - no avail.
i think I’m out of options, is this a bad phone - I may need it swapped ASAP

It could be possible there might be a hardware issue going on with your camera, but further steps are needed to fully isolate that, as it is possible it could still be a software issue. To confirm, have you noticed the delay when taking photos with both the front and rear camera or is it a specific camera? Also, does this happen only in the Camera app or any apps you can use to take photos? Your answers can help determine possible next steps.
Another step you can also take with the Music app is to delete the app and then reinstall it from the App Store app. Please note that this step will remove all music downloaded for offline use, but those can be downloaded again once you download the app.
