Camera freezes and phone restarts

iPhone 12 Pro camera freeze and the phone restarts automatically. This occurs when shooting a video, taking normal photos and in portrait mode.

When entering the camera app the freezing can start just by selecting a zoom. Even before staring to shoot or taking photos. In portrait mode it can freeze before the photos is taken or when pressing the shutter it takes a burst of photos and then freezes.

Did you already try to set the phone back to factory settings, without using the latest backup?

Set it up manually and test the camera. If the issue still exists after that, you''ll have to get the phone serviced.
