Mailbox not syncing to iPhone

I have the same issue as listed here https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251893700?answerId=253653213022#253653213022

but the solution provided does not help. The connection doctor does not help either.

Mail not syncing Hi, I've got a iPhone XS Max with latest iOS, and a 2013 MacBook Pro with latest MacOs. I have a issue with mail (iCloud) not syncing. Seems anything I do on the Mail app on my phone doesn't seem to sync with Mail on MacOs. So for example, if I read or delete a message on iOS, the MacOs Mail will still show them as unread and in the Inbox. If I read and delete a message in Mail macOs Mail in iOS syncs that data fine. I can't seem to work out what's wrong.

mail not syncing between ipad and iphone or macbook Two days ago anything I have done in iPad mail app has stopped syncing across to either iPhone or MacBook. For example, emails sent from ipad don’t update to other devices. Same with any emails read, deleted or moved. I haven’t changed any setting. I have re-booted all devices, closed and re-opened mail app, all to no avail. I have been unable to find a solution that works. All devices are updated. Can anyone assist please?
