iPhone automatically offloaded an app no longer available on the App Store

My iPhone has automatic offload enabled to free up space on my iPhone. I hav an app no longer on the AppStore I used not that long ago and for some reason it got offloaded. Because it’s no longer available on the AppStore I can’t reinstall it and it had all my music on it. Is there a way to reinstall it onto my phone? It’s my most important app.

iPhone SE, iOS 13

From what I can see, that app was removed from the App Store in 2018 and the developer seems to be out of business.

You can't get it back.

You should have copies of your music in your iTunes library, just sync it to the phone from there.
