appletv 4 wont connect to itunes on windows 10

Bought an AppleTV 4 (had AppleTV2) and can’t get iTunes library on Windows 10 PC to sync. It was fine before I upgraded the AppleTV. Any suggestions? Thanks 😊

Use Home Sharing to share media from a computer to other devices - Apple Support

Connect to a local library through the Computers app. The Music app is for online content only (iTunes Store, Apple Music, iTunes Match).
