Can anyone access my google accounts or others if they have access to my iCloud Id. And apple ID

Two questions.

1 can someone access my Apple ID/ ICloud ID if they know my passcode and have physical access to my Mac and cell.

if they can. Can the supposed hackers be removed from those devices or accounts on those devices. And can those devices and email accounts be used to spy on you ??!!

2 And if not… then how do you/ me take measures to ensure my digital and cyber security.

Any simple answers which can be easy for a layman like me shall be greatly appreciated.

Question 1 is yes.

You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
