spotlight search issue

I bought iphone 12 pro & I’m having this issue of when I swipe down to get spotlight search it doesn’t go away when I swipe up like my old phone it’s annoying me how can I fix it?

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

the “Search” line is missing when I slide the home screen over I updated my iPhone just fine, but on my iPad the “Search” line is missing when I slide the home screen over.
