Direct Touch

I get the message to use the rotor to enable Direct Touch - but it isn't in the rotor. How Do I fix this?

there is no 3D touch on my pro max 12, only haptic touch is on the option. Is there any way to place or install 3D touch on my pro max 12? there is only Haptic on the option on the 'Touch" option. I use 3D touch on gaming... if 3D touch/aim is not there... that's disappointing.
