Hello everyone,
I just gave my computer macbook 13inch 2015 to a professional independent IT guy, to let him change my battery.
He said that he ordered the battery on eBay and that he is actually not sure that the battery he installed was brand new (even though the package was alright).
How can i check if the battery is brand new?
What can i do?

As it ages, battery looses full charge capacity.
Thank you, this is really helpful. The battery is old but not used. Do you think the battery looses performances every year without being used?
Would you keep this battery or ask the guy to change it again?
The computer went from 100% to 67% during the night (computer was closed, sleeping, no apps open)
