My Iphone’s screen has been replaced but the display is orginal. Does this will create a problem in future?

If replaced by Apple it should function as normal for the expected product life.

Water resistance should be as normal (which is neither permanent not guaranteed)

Difficult if this is a pre-owned phone unless

1. the phone tells you it cannot determine if the display is genuine or
2. Apple opens it up in a service
