Where does it say "usb disabled"? Is it a message? Please provide more info on what exactly is occurring.
That means that whatever you have plugged in needs its own power source because the computer plug does not have enough power.
please do not post more than once as it becomes too confusing.
USB Accessories Disabled
unplug the accessory using too much power to re-enable USB services
