Hi,

If your MacGook Pro has Intel Processor, resetting SMC as well as NVRAM could solve the issue.

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

If your MacBook Pro has M1 chip, you'd better contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail Apple Store is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined it.

Since it could be possible it might be initial failure.
