Clicked on a suspicious email link, I'm afraid my iPhone has been hacked

Earlier I had received a text on imessages that was from a weird email, i clicked on it & found out it was a group chat, the message they had sent was a link, i had accidentally clicked on it & i immediately clicked out of it & blocked the numbers & everything else. Ever since my phone has been super slow & laggy, I am afraid my phone has been hacked. what should I do?
