It keeps saying your account has been disabled in the App Store n iTunes. I tried updating my iOS but it didn’t work. I also called my bank n they said there’s nothing they can do on that end. I need your help

It keeps saying my account has been disabled in the apps store n iTunes. I tried updating iOS n that didn’t work. I even contacted my bank and they said there’s nothing they can do on their end. I need help. My face log in doesn’t work, I can’t verify my card to update payment method. I really need help
