Upcoming senior high school student looking for college discounts

Are high school students allowed college discounts if they are enrolled in a college, whether it is for the fall or summer? I want to ask before going through the verification process for UNiDAYS as I don't know what happens if I was to ask for these discounts falsely. I am attending a course at John Hopkins during the summer, and I will be in dual enrollment during the fall. UNiDays says I either have to be enrolled in a degree-granting program or be verified by a university of my registration. Will it still work if I am enrolled in two colleges currently but not in a degree-granting program?

Quote from UNiDAYS Terms of Service:

"To verify as a UNiDAYS Member, you must be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree, post-graduate degree or equivalent higher education degree-granting program at a university, or an institution in the UNiDAYS database and must verify your enrolment using one of our available verification methods (“Verification”)."

Then you do not meet the requirement of being enrolled in a degree granting program, so you would not qualify.
