USB to VGA adapter

Hello,

Looking to use my 2010 White MacBook as part of my setup which has dual displays. I was wondering, would a USB to VGA adapter like this one work for my MacBook?

MacBook, macOS 10.14

Thank you for the screenshot:

Here are the Direct Answers:

  • Yes. Dual Display is an Option:

Scroll to: Graphics and video support

As it Reads: Dual display and video mirroring: Simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display and up to 2560 by 1600 pixels on an external display, both at millions of colors

  • No. USB-to-VGA is NOT an option:

Scroll to: Pure digital video output

As it Reads: VGA output using Mini DisplayPort to VGA Adapter (optional)
