IOS: block app from accessing the internet via WIFI

As far as I know Apple supports blocking the internet access via WIFI of indivdiual Apps in the Chinese IOS version. Similar as it is possible via Cellular. You can check/block the internet access from each and every app individually. I think its time now to offer this feature to all IOS users, and BTW jailbreaking is no option for me.

Limit using internet on one app? Hi, I've been using iPhone since the start, and currently have iPhone 12 Pro, however i have an issue at work. I am a sailor and when at sea the internet costs are really high. Is there a way to limit the internet traffic on just one app and also not the allow the software updates? Wi-Fi Restriction for applications of iOS 15.6 Good day to all of you! I would kindly like to know if there is a way to completely restrict wi-fi usage for most of the apps on I Phone 13, including the same devices core apps. Lets say that i want the device only to communicate online only for mail and messenger and that's all. Due to the nature of my profession, wifi internet use is extremely expensive. On my previous phone (Android) there was a great app where you could restrict the use of all application in your phone including core itself. I searched the App Store but there is not any notable application that can do the same as above. Any help? or I have to switch to Android again?
