iMac beeping

Hey guys,

I recently set up my iMac mid 2010 again. After fresh installing High Sierra on it, the iMac often does not turn on. It beeps 3x3 times, sounds like 3xshort, 3xlong, 3xshort. I read that the RAM could be the issue but they are fine and were fine before restoring the firmware.
