swimming and listening to music

hi, I go swimming everyday at my local leisure, and they only seem to play the boom boom boom/rave type music, and I'm more interested into my cheesy pop music. I have iPhone 12 Pro max/Apple One £14.95 Subscription. I know I probably need an Apple Watch, but what type of waterproof earphone would I need?. I planning on getting my first Apple Watch and Iphone 13 Pro Max in Sept time. what else would I need in order to achieve this?
