I got an email from Apple saying prepared to give iPhone12 Pro to this giveaway to the most fortunate champs for the sake of festivity and to bring joy at the time of pandemic..and this offer only valid of below email holder. That what’s mean ?

Received email for a a charge I didn’t make I just received an email indicating that I would be charged for an app I DID NOT Purchase: Escape Room in the amount of $29.99. Based on my research, Apple has advised users to validate or repudiate the charges like these as they may be phishing scams. Please correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t it Apple’s responsibility to to this? iPhone users pay exorbitant prices for apple phones; thereby, expecting exemplary service. The cost of producing the average iPhone is about 1% of the total cost of the phone- 1 %!!! The company clearly has the capital to invest in the safety of the consumers who invest in their exorbitantly expensive phones. Take responsibility as a company and do what’s right for your customers!!!
