iPad 3 downgrade ios 9.3.5 to ios 7.1.2 error

I have a iPad 3 and it is on ios 9.3.5 and when i try to downgrade to ios 7.1.2 it has this error PLEASE HELP!!!!!

You cannot regress to an earlier version of iOS than is currently installed on your iPad.

You cannot downgrade any iOS device to a previous iOS version.

Never going to happen.

Especially with an iPad that old trying to get an older iOS version that is been not signed by Apple is years.

NOT going to happen.
