Icloud locked
I purchase an Apple Watch series 6. It was not advert as locked. I have attempted set it up but it is iCloud locked. What can I do?

Prepare the watch so the buyer can use it.
If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and put it down to experience.
